Street-side market on the way to Fenghuang

There was a mini-traffic jam in this small community we passed through, where tables offering all sorts of farm products for sale lined both sides of the road. In this picture, partly obscured by the logs carried by the man in the foreground, you can see a woman in the traditional Miao garb of loose blue and black fabric and a large black turban piled high on her head.
